Choosing a location for our band performance

As a group we discussed where we thought would be a good place to film our performance and the 2 potential places which we discussed were the drama studio at school and a band practice room at one of our friends' houses. After weighing up which one we thought would be best, we decided on filming our band at our friends' house. The reason for this decision were:

• The location has an edgy look to it- it is a red background and looks edgy which would like to our genre of indie/pop.
• Its different- it is a location that is unlikely to be used by other people in out year group, this will make our video unique
• Convenience- Our band have already used this location to practice in before therefore it is a comfortable location for them which is important
