Analysis of our chosen songs on the album

1. Florence = Typical indie/rock/pop bands tend to name a song by a female name. Examples of this are Angie by The Rolling Stones, Lola by the Kinks and Michelle by The Beatles. We have chosen the name Florence because it means 'flower' which represents new life which we thought fit in with the theme of our album. 
2. Boys= This word for the male gender represents a large group in society which links with our album theme. 
3. Cold Coffee= We feel that this name can link to the lack enthusiasm in the world because it lacks warmth, and shows that society can be left emotionless. 
4. Lovers and Leavers= This song name represents that people need love in society to be happy yet there is always so much loss as relationships break a part.
5. Fake truths=This song name shows that even the truth can be a lie, showing that society is untrustworthy. 
6. Aliens and Cows= We have chosen this name because we feel that it comes with a vibe of imagination and the idea of contrast and differences in society. 
7. Bones=This song name represents the basic outline for the human body,which represents society and it also creates a sinister vibe which links to our album theme.
8. The Town= We feel that this name represents a community in society where bad things could happen, linking to our theme that the world is a bad place that needs change. 
9. Cold World= This song name represents the idea that society is fake and untrustworthy which links to the theme of the album that society needs to change. 
10. When The Sun Goes Up=This symbolizes the idea that light represents happiness and we need this to push away the evil in the world.
11. Building Bricks=We feel this name creates the idea of change and re-building, this matches the theme of our album. 
12. The Videotapes=This creates the idea that we are constantly being watched in society and have no privacy.

14. Graffiti Walls= We feel this name could show that people in society express their distressed emotion through graffiti .
