Digipack progress
We are carrying on with editing of the digipack in today's lesson. We have added a washed blue color on the background of the front cover, which is the color we are going to stick with through out our advert and digipack. We have also edited the lights on Adams silhouette, by layering images of different photos of lights, so it appears as through there is more lights on the image, making it busier, brighter and more vibrant.
We have used tools on Photoshop, such as the contrast and brightness tool, which enabled us to play around with the sharpness of lighting on the front cover.
We have also used Photoshop to add a cold filter onto the image of the band. We have noticed that indie album have a gritty cold vibe to them, so to portray this convention, we have added a opaque light blue filter over the top of the image, while turning the contract down on the image so the colors are duller. Here is a screen shot of our progress so far.
